Yo, welcome to another episode of In a Minute with Devon Lovett, coming to you live from

the IM studios in the heart of Los Angeles.

And I am here with a couple of folks who reach the ears of Los Angeles almost every day.

We are talking about Kevin Klein and Ali Johnson, better known as Klein and Ali, the morning

show hosts from K. Rock. Thank you guys so much for being here. I am excited. Thank you. We shot this

episode when we were also the 23rd most successful show in L.A. But you never aired it because

that was pathetic sounding and now it sounds better. So thank you for having us yeah we've totally let ourselves go okay we look what much worse now than when

this is airing yeah in all fairness 23rd i only saw as low as 16 so i think that that i think we

were 23rd at one point yeah i think when we took over the situation was pretty dire. And I think at one point, they just stopped telling us the numbers because it got to a point where, like, I think we were beaten by, like, high school radio stations from like Riverside were beating us. And I was like, this is not good for our self-esteem. And eventually, we were able to slowly turn it around. Yeah, but they also tried to say, the numbers don't matter.

The numbers don't matter right now.

It's you guys that matter. And then behind the scenes, they're like, we're giving them six months. If they can't fucking do it, it's over. But luckily, things just started. It was a slow but sure process. You know what's funny? I wanted to jump into this, and now we're getting right into it because it was pretty miraculous.
