Summary
When her son was fifteen years-old, Kristine McCreary took him to the hospital for a severe flu. Within about ten-days, he had been medically kidnapped. It took her nearly two-years to have him returned to her care. Kirstine was forced to fight CPS allegations--which were ALL overturned. Even with the CPS allegations ERASED, treated as if they never happened, in order to get her son back, Kristine was forced to take a plea deal on Felony Abuse of a Child -- a plea that was later overturned, with the judge actually noting Kristine was never named in the charges. Her son is now twenty years-old and they remain very close and Kristine is headed to the Idaho Supreme Court in defense of parental rights. But, what makes this case so infuriating are two, key factors: as Kristine explains, after her son had been in the hospital for about week, after doctors, nurses, social workers and psychologists had continually noted--in writing--he should go home with his mother, after all of that one, single doctor who apparently say her son for all of 20 minutes, that one, single doctor overruled EVERYONE and decided to bring in police and CPS. The doctor’s evidence of abuse was . . . ? Wait until you hear it.
