Can you start us off by doing a deep dive into your career background?

I know you have a lot of amazing highlights, you know, and

things that you've accomplished. So tell us all about it.

Yeah, so I'm very lucky in that I knew what I wanted to be since I was 14 years old.

And you could, you could say even younger than that because I was in second grade and already writing poetry and I loved creative writing so I knew that I wanted to have a

career in writing but I just didn't know exactly what that would look like and so when I was in high school and

writing for the school newspaper and, you know, getting introduced to journalism,

I started realizing, oh, I love to be a journalist, I'd love to be a reporter, and I,

you know, one field trip when I was at a summer writing camp I went to nylon magazine and I met the beauty editors there and actually I don't even know if they were beauty editors, but they were editors, period.
