Hello, Mark. Thank you so much for having me. I am so excited to be here. We've crossed

paths now. A plethora of times, and now we finally get to have a conversation, so I'm

very grateful to be here. Exactly. I was mentioning you, Kristen. It's like, let's get

beyond the chit chat and, you know, the small talk and let's get on the mic, because apparently

I only know how to talk with a microphone in my hand. Other people have accused me of

not being very open and honest about my feelings and opinions, huh? But on this program,

anything goes, right? I love it. If people always ask, you know, what is, because I have

a podcast as well. Have you learned a lot of you enjoyed it? Do you think, you know,

what are you going to monetize it? Whatever. I'm like, honestly, it's helped me as a person

so much as far as vulnerability and using my voice and all the cliches. So I'm right

there with you. It's a powerful, powerful thing. Maybe it's for us. That's the whole

inline. Who knows? Maybe it is. And also, I mean, think of all the people you've talked

to. Well, I've only known you a year, but think about the last year. How many people

have you talked to that you would have no reason otherwise or no opportunity to talk
