Krista is a business consultant and executive coach. In September of 2019, Krista's doctor recommended IF. After reading a few of Dr. Jason Fung's books, she then came across Gin's podcast The Intermittent Fasting Podcast. She read Delay, Don't Deny, and learned about the power of the clean fast.
Krista began IF with 20:4 and 21:3. Krista has lost 41 pounds, going from 180 pounds to her current weight of 139 pounds. She describes IF as her "wellness journey," and exclaims: "IF has given me back the ability to listen to my body." She learned that both gluten and dairy were inflammatory for her.
Krista's advice to new IFers: "Get clear on your why. Why do you want to be healthy and lose weight? Your body will change with IF. So will your window and food. Be flexible."
