Summary

With the ending of The Kardashians S3, Emma & Julie are back recapping vintage Keeping Up. Still living at the Gansevoort with Kourtney, Scott, and Kris, Kim is growing more and more unhappy in her marriage. Over the course of these episodes, we see her start to confront the feelings she's been having internally, ending in her breaking down to Khloé about it all.
