our relationship and what it's like to be siblings.

Hi. What up? It was your birthday. It was my birthday. And you went out. 44, 44 years old.

We bought a 33-foot trailer and this was the maiden voyage. We went to this place called

Bogen Flats and had my birthday. It was really, really fun. It was awesome.

I know it was great. Kids had fun. We can't put another family there so the kids got to

hang. We swam in the river. The whole experience is just so much fun. Good. It's what I'm going

to do from now on. I'm just leaving. Is it like a million degrees where you are right now?

Oh, yeah. It's crazy hot. And then snowed here on September 8th. How about that?

But I almost died the other day on my mountain bike. Will you be now after I told you to be careful?

Yeah, that day. That's so funny. I knew it. Not because of a fall. But it was so hot.

And I got dizzy and had to go under a tree and rest and then I was like, I got nervous because

I was like, I can't get my heart rate down. And then I finally was able to. But I had that moment

of panic. You know, and it's like, I'm going to die up here. I mean, I'm going to fucking die up here.

I'm like, I'll very like relax. You're not going to die. Just take some deep breaths.

And I can't cool down. I can't cool down. This is the conversation I'm having with myself.

And all the while, my adrenaline is spiking and then it's making everything worse.

So you had a panic attack and like a hundred degree heat on a mountain with no

ones around. Well, let me just set this up for everyone listening. I was on the phone with Oliver.

We were facetiming and he was up and he was weird because it was sort of flat kind of plot.
