Summary

In this episode, we’re breaking down the latest developments in the Kouri Richins murder trial. Kouri is accused of poisoning her husband, Eric Richins, with a lethal dose of fentanyl in 2022. Prosecutors say the motive was financial — pointing to life insurance policies, mounting debt, and an alleged affair — while the defense argues the state’s case is built on circumstantial evidence.
