0:21.5	Soon we're going to go for a walk with Cocoa and Kira through Sleepy Forest.
0:25.9	I know that doesn't sound very exciting, but you know, it will be.
0:30.2	Much to their happiness, Cocoa and Kira soon come across something unusual.
0:34.6	A big tree covered in cuddly, snoozy monkeys. A monkey tree!
0:42.2	Only a few days later the monkeys are gone. They've moved on and the monkey tree is sad about it.
0:49.8	Luckily, the koala and panda siblings have a genius plan to lure the little primates back again.
0:57.2	I wonder what they come up with.
0:59.1	What do you think?
1:00.6	Hop into bed and lie back and let's try this.
1:05.3	Place your hands together and give them a nice firm rub until they're nice and warm.
1:11.8	And then once they are warm, place the palms of your hands over your eyes,
1:17.2	and then breathe out, just feeling their warmth on your eyelids as you do.
1:22.9	Isn't that lovely? So relaxing.
1:26.9	Now, just to get a little bit even more relaxed, perhaps roll back your
1:31.2	shoulders. Move around in bed a little bit until you're in your most relaxing spot and then
1:38.8	just let your body become heavy and still. And close your eyes.
