I'm so excited that I'm definitely going to need to join you with some deep breathing and sighing before we get started.

Firstly, I'd like to wish a very happy birthday to Abel, who's the best big brother to Roman. I hope you've had a wonderful

memorable day able. Secondly the story we're about to hear is based on an idea

that came in from lovely listener Zoe.

She wanted Coco to learn a particular new sport. Can you guess which sport?

Nope, not bowling. Nope curling, no, or archery. Tonight we'll shortly

be joining our little koala and pander-pals, Coco and Kirra, as they try out cheerleading.

Their brand new coach, Miss Bushy tale, has a lot to teach them both.

I think you're going to agree that our brilliant writer Luke has cooked up a super

special story based entirely on Zoe's idea. So if you have an idea please don't

forget to share it with us and we'll see if we can make it happen.

Okay, now hop into bed and try to relax your whole body and let it go really heavy on the mattress.

If you can't quite relax yet, a bit like me, first, wriggle and jiggle for a minute, and then let everything go still.

Get yourself comfy and see if you can steady your breathing a bit.

So breathe in and out.

Relax your face, relax your forehead.

Relax your shoulders and hips and knees, hands and feet,

everything. and feet. Everything. There we are. Nice. I think it's time to get started.
