I'm saying that currently about Sean Diddy Combs because that is the biggest trial,

but I believe this will get more eyeballs than Sean Diddy,

at least here in the United States.

Meanwhile, Kevin Fixler, my good friend, the Idaho statesman, three-time reporter of the year with some breaking news that he first broke today.

And that is just two months before jury selection is set to begin.

The defense today filed a formal request to delay the trial.

This is Brian Coburger's lead attorney, Ann Taylor, submitting a 40-page motion arguing that these

recent leaks, including the ones on Dateline that we're going to discuss momentarily,

that they may have violated the court's

gag order. The judge was not happy about this at all. And again, we're going to dig into all that in a

moment. The filing warns that proceeding with this capital murder trial in August would be,

quote, unquote, unconstitutional and quote unquote vulnerable to

reversal. So the question, Judge Hippler is not ruled on this yet, but the question now is this

trial about to implode. It is on unsteady legs at the very best right now. Welcome to the show. It's been here
