We are about to join the court feed here shortly in Moscow, Idaho of the State the state versus brian coberger we're going to be going into the hearing uh that is set to take place here in just a few moments

this hearing uh is a hearing that is going to be changing the plea it is a change of plea hearing

from not guilty to guilty in the plea. It is a change of plea hearing from not guilty to guilty

in the trial of Brian Coburger. At least that's what we're expecting. Judge Hippler expected

to rule on that today and expected to accept the plea, but there is no guarantee on that, which is

important to note in a case like this, because there has been very, very strong

opposition from the families in this case.
