So we have some interesting happenings in the Brian Koeberger case.

Of course, the Idaho four students that are put on the screen.

Ethan Chapin, Kaylee Gonzalez, Zana, Kurnodl, and Madison, Mogan.

I don't ever want to lose sight that that is who this case is about, not this guy right here, even though you would think it's all about him.

Well, he's the one being tried for it.

But some of the things we're hearing right now, of course, is Kohlberger's defense team.

And of course, that's Ann Taylor.

You see the blonde head lady standing next to Brian Coburger.

They're accused of tampering with the jury pool.

And we'll get into why and how that happened and what it means. One of the things we have to remember here

as people that have been watching this case from the very beginning. And if we realize this occurred

on November 13th, 2022, it does, I mean, it seems like a long time ago, right? And they're saying that it probably will not go to trial

until 2025. So there's been a lot of feet dragging on this, I would say. under the guise of this insurmountable amount of work

and evidence to go through and discovery.

And that's all true.

But it still doesn't have to be dragged into 2025.

So some of the things, one of the reasons that we're looking at that the defense team is being accused of tampering with the jury pool is because they decided to hire a firm that specializes in jury surveys.

And they called on the telephone 400 people potential jurors

from latar county in Idaho thus tampering the jury pool those 400 people could never ever be put on this jury now because they were tainted.

But there's all kinds of legal arguments going on right now.
