| 1:57.2 | And the arguments are rather unique arguments because, again, the technology of investigative genetic genealogy is relatively new. |
| 2:09.8 | And if you noticed, the defense hasn't said anything about the CODIS database, which is the combined DNA index system, which is run by the |
| 2:18.9 | FBI, which Brian Kohlberger's DNA was run through. And of course, he wasn't in the Kodas database |
| 2:25.7 | because he had never been convicted of a crime, of crimes that are listed or the DNA is taken |
