0:40.2	As we know, these horrific murders occurred on November 13th, 2022.
0:47.4	So the trial is supposed to start on August 11th, 2025.

0:58.0	will Judge Hippler,
1:00.2	who's been a very strict by the book,
1:03.0	by the law,
1:03.8	by precedent, judge,
1:05.9	will he allow this?
1:08.9	Will he allow the defense and Ann Taylor the continuance?
1:17.1	Will he allow that?
1:18.0	Or will he simply say, you've had enough time?
1:22.6	You've had enough time to prepare for this case,
1:25.8	and the case is going forward, it will cause undue
1:31.5	hardship in this case, if we put it off, the hardship to the family of the victims, the hardship
1:40.4	of them, again, having to travel to Boise, Idaho. Let's not forget one of the things that
1:47.4	Judge John Judge, who was the initial judge in this case, he granted, was a change of venue.
