There is some goings on right now, of course, in the Idaho case of Ethan Chapin,

Zaynuchin, Canotel, Madison Mogan, and Kaley Consolvis. And it has to do with the gag order.

The Idaho Supreme Court ruled against media outlets on Monday and will uphold gag orders in place for

the trial of Brian Kogger, Kohlberger in Moscow. But you know something the trial is not a done

deal yet. It hasn't been decided. And that will begin on June 26th when the probable cause hearings

occur. The opinion by the court was released by Idaho Supreme Court ruled against the gag order

petition that was filed by more than a dozen media outlets in Idaho and in the region.

The justices ruled that while the media outlets properly established necessary standing to file a claim,

it should have been presented to the Latar County District Court first before

bringing to the Idaho Supreme Court.

The quote from the court was,

the petitioners have forgotten that we are the court of last resort in Idaho,

not the court of first resort. The ruling issued Monday

dismisses the media's attempt to vacate the gag order issued by the Latar County District
