The Idaho Supreme Court ruled against media outlets on Monday and will uphold gag orders in place for

the trial of Brian Kogger, Kohlberger in Moscow. But you know something the trial is not a done

deal yet. It hasn't been decided. And that will begin on June 26th when the probable cause hearings

occur. The opinion by the court was released by Idaho Supreme Court ruled against the gag order

petition that was filed by more than a dozen media outlets in Idaho and in the region.

The justices ruled that while the media outlets properly established necessary standing to file a claim,
