Okay. Hey there.

How's everybody doing? So it's a little after 530 um on sunday night um obviously recording

this uh before the nick game um didn't we had a i had a post game episode planned for today, but just didn't really feel appropriate to, you know,

we're talking about basketball tonight in that sense at least.

I am recording a podcast, though, right now.

Short one, but just wanted to get a few words out.

And I was on the fence about whether to do so.

And ultimately, I thought about all the times in my life when something happened, you know, either in the world of sports,

which is obviously the thing that has always had the most meaning to me, you know, or just like some important person passes.

And I thought of all of the kind of the people that I grew up listening to and reading and just

kind of wanting to hear their voice because there was a comfort factor there.

And I don't know.

I guess there seemed to be people out there who like to hear my voice about certain things. I don't know. I guess there seem to be people out there who like to hear my voice about certain things.

I don't know if this event qualifies for that, but if that's true for even one of you and it helps you get through your day, then, you know, this will have been worth it.
