Summary

Today’s episode was a solo podcast where I dove deep on the subject of “motivation”. The problem is, we get sold motivation by all the gurus to buy their course, their e-book, etc. I believe we are often manipulated to believe motivation is found externally, when I am here to tell you, motivation is actually found internally.
