Summary

On todays episode, Michelle and I answered a few of your questions including how to deal with hunger and what is normal with hunger in a cut. We also touched on teaching 5-12 year olds about nutrition and fitness and creative ways to do that. Lastly, we talked about sleep and benefits I have felt recently by getting more sleep and eating in a calorie surplus.
