Summary

Today’s show is re-airing my guest appearance on Jeremiah Evan’s podcast, the Bullpen. This episode is one of my favorite guest appearances yet. We talked about my story and how I made that mess, my message. We discussed how fitness and sobriety go together and how they also can work against one another. We also talked about entrepreneurship, life, obstacles, and the process of change. Enjoy!
