care of their mental emotional health. It starts to compound. So we gave you some tactics to de-stress.

We talked about hit cardio and hit training in general, I'm sorry, and how there was a notion that

maybe I hated hit cardio or hit training. I don't. I hate the excessive use of it. And we explained

why. We explained some of the benefits behind hitting cardio, but this really ties into why I

don't love hit training as your only mode of exercise
