Welcome to the Grove podcast. I am so excited to be here with my sweet friends Carrie and Rachel, who

are going to talk about loneliness with me. And you two have been a big part

of combating loneliness in my own life, whether we're praying together or serving at a camp

together and doing crazy things like cold plunging after a walk. You guys have meant so much to me

in this area of my walk. But that is not

always the case for people. Sometimes they don't have people to walk through life with, or even when we

do, it may still feel very lonely in our own lives. We're surrounded by people, but can still

feel lonely. So we want to have an honest conversation about that

today. We want to talk about what God has to say about loneliness, but also what it means to be a
