Okay, so most people when they set a goal, they'll say something to themselves like, I want

to go to the next level. I want to level up. And the fact is that's a very vague phrase. And it's actually an attack on your

subconscious, on our subconscious from the force of average. When we say we want to level up,

if we don't have a definition of what the levels are, then we're just saying we're unhappy.

And when you're conscious, your subconscious truly hears you speak that you're unhappy.

I want to level up is simply saying, hey, I'm unhappy where I'm at.

I want to go to the next level means I'm not comfortable and satisfied where I'm at.

So I'm unhappy.

And what happens is most people, they don't get to level up because they don't even know what the

levels are. So let's define some levels. I think that in business, there's four levels and eight

skills you have to master. Level one, you work for somebody. You're an employee. You need to master

sales and marketing. Level two. So if you want to go to the next level, level two, master sales and marketing in business, right? You get to level two, you're self-employed. Self-employed, you got sales and marketing under your belt. You're working on some mastery there. In order to level up and go to the next level, you have to master hiring and training. And once you've mastered hiring and training, you level up to the third level,
