1:12.9	Good to see you, too, Todd. How's everything out in your neck of the woods today?
1:17.6	Very good. Very good. Teaching is ticking over. Can't believe we're three quarters of the way through
1:21.9	the school year again. The year is fly by. It does, doesn't it? Yeah. We get a little bit older.
1:29.1	You and I have just had birthdays.
1:31.3	We have.
1:31.9	We are officially in our late 50s.
1:34.4	We are.
1:34.9	Although my wife would disagree.
1:36.5	She's the same age and still argue she's up a mid 50s at this point.
1:40.9	I'll talk to her.
1:42.0	She's late 50s.
1:42.9	And I was talking to my youngest son about
1:45.1	investments yesterday and commenting I bought some 20 year CD. And then I made the comment that,
1:50.5	I mean, there's not much point in me buying 20 years CDs now. I may not be around. And
1:55.6	his comment was, well, I'll be here to inherit them. You keep buying them down. If you get good interest rates, you keep buying them. Yeah. See, that's the thing. I have a policy. I don't say a word to any of
2:06.1	my children about investments I have because if they're sinful, I don't want them getting any crazy
