I think if you are listening carefully and if you're observing our culture, you would realize it is trendy to believe in angels.

It is very fashionable to have your own private angel.

I even heard some Christians, some believers to be saying that angels are the common denominator

between the believers and the unbelievers.

And they're rejoicing in that.

Well, I'm not so sure.

But I really agree with this.

I personally believe, it's in my personal opinion, that when it comes to belief in angels,

it seems to me that the enemies of the cross today live in perfect coexistence with the followers of the lamb.

And that's troublesome to me.

It is easy to believe in angels and dismiss the Christ of God.

It is easy, just as it is easy, to believe in Christmas and dismiss the Christ of God. It is easy, just as it is easy, to believe in Christmas

and dismiss the Christ of the Mass.

I even heard a story about a teacher in New York

who always wanted to know how her students celebrated Christmas.

And there were three boys, and the first one said,

well, we're Roman Catholics. We go to midnight Mass, and then we come home, go straight into bed,

then wake up in the morning, have a big breakfast, and then sit around the tree in open presents.

Well, the second boy said, well, we're United Methodists, as a matter of fact, but we do something similar to that.

We get to a candlelight service, and then we come home and go straight into bed, then wake up in the morning, have a big breakfast, and we sit around the tree an open presents.
