tree cup training dot com but as I'm sitting here, I'm reading case law on Terry V. Ohio, the application of it in Missouri.

Some cases that I can show as an example of what had occurred when a police officer did not follow the guidelines set forth by the US Supreme Court in Terre v Ohio and police officer allowed to pat frisk people or search or exploratory searches inside cars under Michigan v long looking for a weapon.

So we know that in the United States, in order for us to pat for somebody to invade upon private,

to invade the personal space, the privacy, which has the most protections in the United States, which is the body.

We have to have a prerequisite that authorizes a police officer to commit a warrant-less search.

So what is that in Terre of Ohio, it's reasonable leave the person that you're dealing with a reasonable suspicion that they are armed and dangerous.

However, and I've beaten this one to death. I advocate for a non-stop. Many places and people that you talk to at their police departments believe that merely because somebody's asked to step outside of a car that that gets in the automatic right to

terry frisk them for weapons.

And the answer is you just can't do that.
