Good morning Good morning every to dropping the gloves with John Scott.

Good morning. Everybody welcome to another episode of Dropping the Gloves. I am John Scott,

your host. I appreciate you joining me here today for it's the preamble. We did it. We made it.

The Stanley Cup finals is upon us.

And boy, I can't be the only one who feels like we have just whimpered into this Stanley Cup final.

You know, coming into the playoffs, and I think I've said this before, everybody has high hopes.

You know, the Eastern Conference is going to be great. All those matchups,, matchups, the Bostons, the Buffaloes, the Ottawa's, the upstarts.

It's going to be great. Pittsburgh, Philly.

And then everything was a dud outside of Montreal.

Everything else was just a complete dud.

And the Western Conference, oh, it's going to be just a slug fest between

Colorado, Dallas, and Minnesota, which one of these juggernauts is going to make it to the Stanley

Cup? It was a foregone conclusion. Those three teams are just going to beat the snot out of each

other, and they're going to limp into the Stanley Cup finals. And the team in the East is just going to be licking their chops because those three

teams are just going to go at it round after round after round.

Well, here we are.

We have just lightning speed into the Stanley Cup finals, two terrible conference finals for those of us who like seven

game series. I guess it wasn't terrible if you enjoy one team just absolutely dominating

the other team in every facet, in every way of the game. Vegas outplayed, they out coached,

they out everything, out competed, they came back, they were-coached, they out-everything, out-competed, they came back, they were down
