What in the world did we just watch?

The New York Knicks won a very normal ho-hum typical 107 to 106 victory.

No, it was the best comeback in NBA finals history.

The Knicks came back from down 29 at one point early in the second half against the San Antonio Spurs.

It felt almost like a carbon copy in some respects of the comeback that we saw in the first round against the Atlanta Hawks, where they just chipped away, chipped away over the course of

nine minutes, where I think it was 17 at one point, even within those nine minutes. And the

final play is genuinely, I think one of those plays that will be forever rewatched much in the same way as like the Ray Allen three

with the Miami Heat in the corner.

O.G. Ananoi inbound the ball to Jalen Brunson.

The spurs decide not to guard the inbounder on a play with six seconds left,

thinking the ball is just going to Brunson and he's shooting. They were right, but nobody got a body on Ananobe, and he skies in for one of the most

immaculate tip-ins I have ever seen in my life. And here we are. The Knicks are up three to one in the NBA finals.

There are a lot of little miniature decisions.

This game was also like borderline unwatchable and brutal in the first half with how the

game was being officiated.

It was a tale of like five different basketball games at certain points.

Bryce, where are you at on this?

Yeah, I mean, I'm just at the point like the officiating is what it is.

Like I think we got a good enough basketball game.

I'm not too like I know it was a storyline.

So people want to hear about it. So I get it.
