New York outscoring Philly 1912 in the fourth quarter. This was a far different game than game one, but as Mike

Brown says, it's kind of what we expected. Philly adjusted. We knew that they were going to come out.

They were going to be more physical. They were going to try to get in the passing lanes and

activate the ball a little bit more.

So you give them credit.

And so while they get credit and they adjusted, hey, guess what?

We also adjusted.

But I also give our guys credit.

You know, we talked about defending without fouling at halftime, and we did a better job.

You know, they were on track to get 40 free throws. And, you know, we had to try to do something about it. And that was the one thing he took a lot of pride in the fact that they did not foul nearly as much in the second half as opposed to the way it was being called to the first half. Yeah, I mean, and I don't even know how much that's Knicks versus officials letting things go or calling things. It's always an issue. I mean, and I'm, I'm so skeptical with the NBA now and officials. Like, I wouldn't be surprised if, you know, someone was like, you know, a league official's like, hey, there's too many freaking fouls going on right now, guys. like this is this is supposed to be the playoffs all right. All right, you know, swallow the whistle a little bit. I mean, but it's a, it was really, really frustrating in that first half to watch how many fouls there were in playoff games where they're supposed to let these guys play a little bit more. Now, some of them were legitimate fouls, but there were a lot like away from the ball that just didn't seem like they needed to be called. I agree.

And I also thought they were calling more fouls on the Knicks than they were the Sixers early.

Whereas Brunson got clobbered a few times going to the basket, and they let it go.

Especially the second quarter, because there was no fouls on the Sixers until, like, two minutes to go in the second quarter.
