I did a little bit of research. I got two pieces of, I think, very surprising news about those that want to go to Madison Square Garden and those that are willing to get on a plane and go to San Antonio, Texas.

Let me start with the Spurs. I am not kidding. I am not lying. I'm telling you the truth. The San Antonio Spurs have not sold out game one of the NBA finals. That is a true statement. If you go on Ticketmaster, the official ticket resaleer and ticket brokerage, however it's termed, of both the Spurs and the Knicks, it's very simple. You go to game one, there's like a red for each seat. That means it's resale. That means someone is selling their tickets. The blue means it's coming from the Spurs. There's a lot of blue. Why do you think that is? What's the get-in price?

Easy. The get-in price from the Spurs and the NBA is over a thousand dollars.

So they are charging eleven hundred dollars to sit in the upper level.

Dynamic pricing again? This is, I am assuming dynamic pricing. I have not followed enough to know, but I'm just telling you right now, they're not sold out. Now, will they be sold out for game one? Of course they will. But there's blue and there's a lot of blue. And that means that's from the Spurs. The red, which is actually a little bit cheaper, is the resale market. Now, a lot was made the other day because the Spurs announced that if season ticket holders are selling their tickets on non-authorized sites, they would take the tickets away. And some Nick fans assume that meant they were trying to keep Nick fans out. That's not what it means. It means that they want to make their money off of their official ticket reseller. Right. That's it.

They want their money regardless of whether or not you're going to the game or not.

They want a double dip on you.

Yes, exactly.

If a season ticket holder in San Antonio sells their ticket,

they're getting fees from that from the buyer and the seller.

So if you want to go to Texas, they're available. And it's right there in

front of you from the official resell market of the San Antonio Spurs. You could buy it from the

Spurs, you could buy it from someone selling them. And it's expensive, but it's right there

for you. The Knicks are a little bit more complicated. And the Knicks, and they have every right to do this, but I don't think this is going to go over well with Nick fans when I tell you that the New York Knicks were supposed to put tickets on sale last week. I said this on the air because that's what they announced. They have this thing called a fan first program where fans are able to sign up. They get verified and they get first access to tickets. C.P. the franchise who was with us the other day, he's a part of that program. He's bought tickets that way. Right before those tickets were about to go on sale, the NICS canceled it. They also canceled putting tickets on sale to the general public. If you go to the Ticketmaster website right now, A, there's no resale because they have a rule you can't resell till 24 hours before tip off.

And the second thing is, there's no tickets available from the Knicks.

So right now, if you go to Ticketmaster, the official ticket reseller and where you buy Nick tickets, it says, end I quote, on sale date and time are in the works.

WPiX 11 in New York did some research. One of the guys who works there, Henry Rousseoff,

went to a live chat with the New York Nick ticket representative to ask, hey, what's going on?
