He actually just had a baby.

So congratulations to John and Sam.

So they're not going to be here on the podcast.

That's why there wasn't a podcast last week.

But today is very exciting.

I was able to interview Ben Patrick, or he's also better known as knees over toes guy.

This was a really, really fun interview actually did it live on my Twitch channel.

And we were able to talk a lot about his whole thing was at some point in his life when

he was a really young kid, he had to get tons of knee surgeries and he was told basically

he was never going to be able to fully bend his knee again.

And currently he can dunk a basketball.

He can definitely bend his knees.

He can go into a full split.

He has been able to completely rehab his knees after surgery.

And basically what he has been doing and the information he has been sharing on social

media has really caught fire and he's garnered a lot of attention.

And he has helped thousands of people really rehab their knees and fix their bodies that

they felt were broken for, you know, basically for the rest of their life.

So I was honestly really interested in having him on.
