of changes what they what their main thing is about and how people can kind of turn on them.

And I know that our friend Manders, simply Manders on Instagram and stuff, she kind of went

through a change not as dramatic as the one we were talking about.

She kind of switched from CrossFit way, lifting to more literally just adding Peloton

and talking more about her life and people were like, you changed, you've changed on us.

And so we just thought it'd be pretty interesting to hear an insider's perspective so we had

her on this week's episode.

Plus, she's just a good friend of ours, so all around good person.

kind of controversy that's going on just because she's a super, she's super big in

a CrossFit.
