I want to do a video on this all week and I want to make sure I come across very clear and very transparent on the point I'm trying to advocate to everybody in this group and I'm trying to offer some more advice regarding the topics that you see at the title.

Knee jerk reactions have never solved the thing.

Yet people who don't know how to react to situations, how to handle situations, who have spent no time rehearsing in their mind, they're practicing getting ready for those kind of situations, they have knee jerk reactions. We see this when you have a 300 man police department, a 50 man police department, a 10 man police department, one person makes a mistake. And then what happens? Policy changes and it comes out and everything changed.

There was a thing that we had where I used to work, where there was a knee-jerk reaction for something that was extremely vital.
