Today is Locker Clean Out Day.

And it begins, you know, today, an off season that will be crucial for this team.

You know, it's year three of Adam Peters, Dan Quinn, et cetera. And at this point, they're 12 and

five and then 5 and 12, although they did have two playoff wins, including one playoff loss last year.

That does count for something for me.

Anyway, that might just be me.

You know, I tweeted this out at the end of the game that to me, it starts, it continues,

and it ends with defense because this was the worst defensive football

team in my, you know, going back to the early 70s of following this team religiously.

This was the worst. I mean, you might want to bring up 2016. 2016 was bad.

One of the worst third down and long defenses. I think it was the worst in

NFL history to that point in the Super Bowl era. But this defense did not do one thing

well and did everything poorly. Everything. It does not take away, and I have been on this more than a lot of you have been.

I get what they missed with all of the injuries, you know?
