This may be a really bad idea for me to do this podcast. I've just been watching for the last 40 minutes or so, the assassination of Charlie Kirk from Turning Point in USA with horrific videos all over social media that you cannot avoid seeing. I almost always try not to watch violent things, have not even watched the actual video of the girl in Charlotte, but our country

is out of control, and the reaction that I have from this is, well, this is nothing like the first

civil war in the United States. It feels like something really, really, really historic is taking

place in this country with the violence that's permeating from the left against

Americans who support the Constitution, the rule of law, enforcing the laws, and keeping our

country what it has been for 250 years. I largely see conservatives as playing defense,

continuing what our great country is, speaking about

the values and the things that have made her what she is today, what she can be, the promise

she is fulfilled, but is so lacking in so many corners of our republic. I'm sick to my stomach over what I've seen today.

Charlie Kirk had a beautiful young family, works extremely hard, fights for America, built a company,

was making a difference all across the country and is known for his

campus appearances. He was on the campus of Utah Valley State today in Orem, Utah,

underneath a tent at the bottom of a, look like the middle of campus, the quad in the middle of campus or something has sort of an

amphitheater setting. Reported 2,000 people were there to see Charlie Kirk. One pop rang out.

The early indication by authorities is it came from 200 yards away in a building on campus.

An older white man has been apprehended wearing shorts and a shirt.

They cuffed him.

He refused to cooperate, getting in the van.

They literally had to pick the man up off the ground and carry him to a police vehicle to haul him in.

Charlie Kirk, I'll warn you right now if you're listening to this right away and you don't like videos

like this. Don't watch the videos. He was shot in the neck. An enormous amount of blood poured out.

He tipped sideways in his chair for about a second or two and fell over and fell off in a pool of blood.
