They don't happen very often, but we all have from time to time those moments in our own personal lives where we think we're on one of

those punked shows that you're about to get pranked in some way or you feel like you're in a movie

scene.

Well, we've got a bunch of those today on the podcast that other people have experienced, certainly,

but I've had a pair of my own in the last week, and I thought I'd share them with you

because they were both very strange moments where I thought, what exactly is going on here?

The first occurred on Friday when I sat down for a documentary interview with Carrington Harrison,

who's the afternoon sports host at 965, The Fan in Kansas City. He's a talented young guy.

He does the afternoon show every day. I think the world of his abilities, his topics and what he does.

And he is basically funding and financing his own documentary. He had a film crew. He had a studio

set up. He asked me to come in and recall what I remember about being on sports

radio in the fall of 2007 in the lead-up to the KU-M-U football game at Arrowhead Stadium,

which essentially was the two teams playing for the number one spot in the country. They were

ranked two and three. KU was undefeated. Missouri had a loss, but LSU had lost the day before on Friday,

the day after Thanksgiving. So KU and M.U. We were playing for the number one spot in the

country, and then if you won the big 12 title game, a spot in the national championship game.

We all remember that historic day. So he's doing this documentary. And as we're sitting there,

he's got a producer with him and he's got a couple

of photographers and four cameras set up. It's this massive set. And I'm sitting in my chair. I've got

my microphone on. We're getting ready to roll. And he goes, hold on a second. He goes, hold on. And he coughed a
