cleaning your house. Thanks for joining me in today's short episode. We're going to clean your kitchen and then we're either going to clean a bathroom, get rid of some clutter, or clean your bedroom. And I'm going to be talking about decluttering and weight loss as we go. If you don't need to lose weight, just ignore that part.

But trust me, you're going to love this episode. Let's get right into it. The first thing you might

want to do if you're already feeling presentable is put some fresh wax in your wax warmer or light a candle.

If you're not feeling presentable yet, you might want to pause the episode and get ready.

It doesn't take much to get ready to clean, but we all have different things that we do that help us feel ready for the day.

There may be coffee involved, changing into an outfit that's comfortable yet nice,

stuff like that. If you're going to be cleaning a bathroom and using a bleach product, of course,

don't wear an outfit that's important

to you. But for most light housework, we can look nice while we're doing it. So, anyway,

speaking of looking nice, I work remotely. My daughter likes to joke that, you know, I work in a pair of cut off shorts and a

dressy blouse because I wore that like once or something. But in general, I try to match on the

top and bottom, even though they don't see that part, just because I want to feel good about how I look and I want to look

nice for my family. So, for example, I often wear like a black blouse or even a black t-shirt

that's kind of fitted because, you know know you can kind of get away with that

looking dressy and then some palazzo like some black and white palazzo pants or some other

striped palazzo pants i don't know if you if you even call them palazzo pants but that's what

we called it back when i was a teenager but just some like loose fitting comfortable pants that could go dressy or casual that's what we called it back when I was a teenager, but just some like loose-fitting comfortable

pants that could go dressy or casual. That's kind of my work from home outfit. And sometimes

I wear the same pants to do light housework that doesn't involve cleaning with bleach.

Another thing you might want to do while you're gearing up for your cleaning session is start

some laundry.
