week's episode but it's just official now because we sprung forward the sun is

setting later.

And here in California, we're actually having warm days

this Saturday is a summer day.

80 degrees.

You bet your ass I'm going to the beach. Oh, I'm a better person in the sun.

We are better people when we're in the sun.

Warmth on your face, sitting under a bright blue sky heals the soul.

And you think, yeah, yeah, I'm okay, my mental health's fine.

It's not that bad.

And then you walk out during a sunny day and think,

oh my God, I didn't realize it was so bad, I'm okay okay now this is what it must feel like to be alive that's the

experience I had on Friday I had a really nice early morning got my work done sun was

shining and I thought I need to go outside immediately.

I've got time, let's walk 17,000 steps.

I just couldn't stop, I was having such a good time I loved it I was going round

and round my neighborhood my neighboring neighborhoods with friends without friends

I was walking around all of Friday and I feel alive alive

We all need this. I'm wishing upon all of you. Bright sunny warm days ahead. We can do it. I'm such a spring summer girl. I'm not a fall winter.

I enjoy them enough, but no no, no, no, I'm a spring summer. My birthday is this week, which oftentimes in my more recent

birthdays, my birthday just kind of creeps up on me and I don't really feel it until the day and then I think okay wow it's my
