Donald's lawyers respond to the Department of Justice's appeal to the 11th Circuit. The migrants flown to Martha's Vineyard have filed a class action lawsuit against Governor Ron DeSantis and his Transportation Secretary.

I'm not going to lie. Some of these stories make me feel really really joyful. And I have some other really, really cool breaking news right now. This is just in New York Attorney General Tish James has sent out a press release.

She will be making a major announcement tomorrow morning. That's Wednesday morning. If you're listening on Wednesday at 10 30 a.m. Eastern. It may have already dropped.

My beans are on her filing her lawsuit against Donald, the Trump organ, at least one of his crotch goblins. My beans are on Ivanka and Eric. Ivanka, because she was a consultant for the Trump Orgwell also being an employee taking hundreds of thousands of dollars.

And then Eric for making phone calls to people saying, yeah, no, it's totally worth that much money just because you know you have to believe me.

Eric should go to jail for being Eric. I mean, let's just be honest there and like, do we need more cause? But I guess we have to prove it.

Yeah. So we'll see what that's about. Many people probably it's probably already if you're listening to this is probably already dropped.

Maybe it's something totally benign, but she's like major press release. So I think it's that since she recently declined or denied a settlement offer from Donald about this entire thing.
