So this is being taped actually on the Tuesday before you're going to hear this Monday.

So I taped this winter six or seven days before.

I'm not coming along.

So I got into it.

Obviously it entered a calm a lot in my old podcast.

And there and I'm happy to talk about it.

I bet battled depression, severe depression, really my whole life.

I've been hospitalized a few times for most recently last August, almost a year ago.

I was in McLean for five days.

I went into Winchester Hospital.

The emergency room was suicidal thoughts and then they put me in McLean.

And under medication, that battle it really for a long time.

Lost my parents six weeks apart to cancer two years ago and really spiraled after that.

And it's been pretty good in the year since there's been some ups and downs and actually lately not great,

but better, a little better now.

It's just always a fight and depression's hard to describe.
