So, you know, I've been as open as I can about my struggles with mental health and it's

been up and down and up and down and now it's really either down.

So I'm going to take a little more time off here as I continue my struggle.

I just feel bad.

I just told Dave about it two seconds ago.

I really just came to the conclusion for sure, definitively in the last 24 hours or so.

It's really been building up the last few weeks.

And as I always do, and this is my fault, and I hope people out here who are struggling

with it do a better job than I have done in the past, bottling it up and not being open

and trying to and feeling ashamed about it in some ways and feeling like people don't

want to hear it again.

And it's the same old thing and then it festers and it becomes something that's very difficult
