Well, I didn't think I'd be back here, uh, certainly not this fast.

And I won't be back here for today for a long time.

But, uh, uh, talking to my therapist actually, um, you know, I'd just keep going back to the same stuff over and over and over and over.

And his point was, well, if you're going to be out for a long time, it keeps going ahead.

Why don't you just use your outlet once, get it all out, ask the question you want to ask and then take your break,

figure it out and try and get back to work.

And I think that's what I'm going to do.

So, um, I've thought about a lot over the last couple of days, read a lot about it, talk to people about it.
