In 2009, the Phoenix Gazette reported on an astonishing discovery in the Grand Canyon.

An explorer named G.E. Kincaid had found a cave high up in a cliff wall above the Colorado

river. The cave contained strange artifacts that appeared to be both Egyptian and Asian, and the Smithsonian Institution was now excavating it.

But then the story vanished, and when it was rediscovered, some began to suspect a scientific

cover-up.

So what's the truth about Kincaid's cave?

What did it contain and what implications does it have

for the history of archaeology and mankind?
