Summary

The Sacramento Kings ran past the Utah Jazz for a 130-114 win last night in Salt Lake City. The Jazz defense got run by and through early in the game with a lack of communication and collection transition defense. David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, looks at the defensive issues last night. The Jazz played zone for about a 1/4 of the game last night and the numbers would tell you the zone was effective defensive answer for the Jazz. Offensively, the Jazz were really clogged and the spacing lead to guys getting into a lot of bad situations. Collin Sexton and Talen Horton-Tucker didn't have a lot of good decisions to make and the small 4 guard lineup was unable to muster much offensively. There were some bright spots for the Utah Jazz. They did a really nice jon of the defensive glass, John Collins and Keyonte George both played well in their debuts and the Jazz offense was able to get 30 shots at the rim.
