Normally we'd have a mild gag here about how Keith can't join us because he was just kidnapped

and we don't have 30 million yen to secure his release, but he is actually off for his first

trip to the Toronto International Film Festival. So we're just going to wish him well and maybe

think about how we envy him a little bit.

I used to go to Toronto pretty regularly. And I do and I don't miss it. It's a little bit of a

logistical nightmare like so many film festivals are. There's a lot of traveling to get around

town and a lot of struggling with

PR folks to secure tickets of things that you absolutely need to see. But it's less, for me,

at least, less chaotic and difficult than Sundance. Not as simple and straightforward as

Fantastic Fest. Scott, I'm given to understand that you have written extensively about
