This is going to be the best year of your life.

It's going to, I'm telling you, it's going to be the best year of your life.

And what I want you to think about is a word.

A word that I've been sharing with people this year.

It's called convergence.

It's a word that actually comes from the research of Dr. Bobby Clinton, a fuller

theological seminary student of my mentor, Peter Wagner, and Clinton was studying destiny

as a data set, meaning looking at data and observing the lives of students to track characteristics

of how their lives would go. And he was studying, get this, Rick Warren, John Maxwell,

names that you might know. People that have, I could say, they've entered into a form of career convergence in their own

right, meaning they're doing what they do best and they're doing it as best in their category.

Certainly the best in terms of results and recognition for what they've done.

So convergence really is the word that describes destiny when

it's being fulfilled. What can be more important actually than doing the thing you were destined to do?

Born to do, created to do. John chapter 17, Jesus is praying his final high priestly prayer

in that sacred chapter. you see the words,

Father, I've finished the work you've given me to do. I've glorified your name. I finished the

work. The work is the assignment he had. And his assignment wasn't 30 years.

It was the last three and a half years, set apart to do the work.

And the way that he did it was set apart to do it.

And then he was anointed by the power of the Holy Spirit.

And what he did, he did through the agency of the Holy Spirit.
