The very first Sunday I said to the church,

we're going to start Alpha.

One person came, but that person wasn't a Christian.

I mean, very open, but skeptical.

I think it was the second term.

He did it again.

And when we got to the week on healing,

I had a word of knowledge for somebody who'd had exczema as a child and then it had recently come back

and James said that's me and we prayed for him.

In the moment, you know, nothing particular happened.

But he said that next morning when he was taking a shower, he looked down and he realised all the ex-ma had gone. Welcome, everybody. This is

So Archie for a bit of context took over from Nikki Gumble about three years ago as leader of Holy Trinity Brompton, which many people will know, but some people might not know.

That's a huge responsibility with a massively expanding network of church planting, the humongous impact through Alpha across the nations and a whole lot more.
