We had said to everybody, we're not going to do business with scammers or the adult entertainment

business. Two largest industries, and we were really in desperate streets. This big deal came in,

and I remember at closing because my partner, David, gave me a high five, and he was a former Marine,

and my hands still stanked from that high five. We discovered that it was for the bad guys, the adult entertainment, people, the porn guys.

The ethical dilemma, by the way, wasn't whether we installed the circuit, but it was how we

handle the compensation of the sales rep.

I mean, he was hoping for this commission check.

So at the worst cash position we'd ever had in the company, we paid the largest commission

check for a deal we didn't close.
