Well, I remember the first time I played Madden, the football video game years ago.

It was at a buddy's house. He owned the game. So I was getting crushed.

And so I was losing terribly until there came a moment where suddenly I just mixed it up on offense.

And I decided to do these little run plays right up the middle.

Just dish the ball to the full back, puncture the middle of the line, and I made five yards.

Then I made another five yards. Got to first down.

Then I made another five yards. Then another five yards, first down.

And I'm getting amped. I'm starting to move the ball. Things are starting to happen.

And then all of a sudden, the game stops.

And it freezes up and I look at him and I'm like, hey man, your game's busted.

And I'm never forget, he looked at me and he said, you are an idiot.

I was like, excuse me?

And he said the game's not broken, man. He said it was at the fourth quarter.

There was less than two minutes left on the clock.

You should have been airing the ball out, throwing bombs into the end zone,

and said you're doing these dumb little five yard plays.

And I said, I had no idea there was only two minutes left.

And he said, that is what makes you an idiot.
