I'm so

happy and kind of sad at the same time that this is the last week that Sam and I will be

reading to you from Killing Lions. If you just joined us here on the Ransom Tarp podcast,

John Eldridge and my son Sam Eldridge,

we have written a book together that is, quite frankly, awesome.

If we do say so ourselves.

Yeah, so we do say so.

Called Killing Lions, a guide to the trials that young men face.

But as we've been reading through the book, I think our listeners are saying,

oh my, this is more than just for the young men in my life.

This speaks to so many of the things we didn't get fathered in so many of us growing up like money and

decision-making and dreams and hopes and how you balance that with career and

how men and women relate to each other.

So in some ways, it's kind of a chance

to just get some fathering for your own heart.

Anyway, happy and sad because this is our last week.
